Co Wexford Garda Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Road Accident
Gardaí in Co Wexford are appealing for witnesses to a fatal road accident involving a car and a tractor.
A 14-year-old-boy was killed when the car he was a passenger in collided with a tractor at about 19:00 on Wednesday.
The 36-year-old driver of the car is being treated at Wexford General Hospital and her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
The scene remains closed to allow a forensic crash examination.
Witnesses to the collision are asked to contact Enniscorthy Garda Station on 053-9242580, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any garda station.

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to a fatal road traffic accident in Castlebar on Thursday. An 18-year-old woman was seriously injured when she was hit by a car at about 17:00 on the Castlebar to Claremorris Road. She was taken to Mayo General Hospital where she was pronounced dead at 23:30.
