Two due in court over Ballymena assault
Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with an assault in County Antrim at the weekend.
The incident happened in the Granville Drive area of Ballymena shortly before 4am on Sunday, when up to six youths attacked a 17-year-old male.
The victim sustained injuries to his head and one of his hands during the incident, however they are not believed to be life threatening.
Detectives believe that the attack had a sectarian motive.
Police investigating the attack have arrested two 17-year-old males, who are due to appear at Coleraine Magistrates Court later today.

22-Year-Old Man Jailed For Rape At Laganside Crown Court
A 22-year-old man has been sentenced to six years for rape at Laganside Crown Court. Ahmad Alsbaihi was sentenced to six years. He will serve three years in custody and three years on licence. He will be placed on the Sex Offenders Register and will be subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) for 10 years.

New Pilot Scheme Announced To Test Filming NI Appeal Court Judgements
A new pilot scheme to film the deliver of judgments in the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland, has been announced by the Lady Chief Justice, Dame Siobhan Keegan. It is understood that during the pilot scheme, none of the judgements will be broadcast, but the filming used to test the process and inform future decisions.

Sir Jeffrey Donaldson And Wife Appear In Court
Former DUP Leader, Sir Jeffrey Donaldson and his wife, Lady Eleanor Donaldson, have appeared before Newry Magistrates Court charged with a number of historical sex offences. Donaldson, 61, is facing a total of 11 charges, including one charge of rape, one of gross indecency involving a child and nine charges of indecent assault.
