Kennedy Nursing to host continuing development seminar

Kennedy Nursing is to host a continuing development seminar in association with the Royal College of Nursing in the first week of September.

A spokesperson for Kennedy Nursing said: "The seminar will be an excellent opportunity to hear more about how qualified nurses, student nurses, and care staff - both qualified and unqualified - can maintain their professional development, ensure that standards of practice are met and be aware of the latest Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) requirements."

"The seminar will be informal and will give attendees the opportunity to keep up to date with and discuss potential topics that may be of interest. A Royal College of Nursing representative will be available to answer questions."

The seminar will be held at Kennedy Nursing's premises at 31 May Street, Belfast on Thursday 1st September at 6.30pm and will be conducted by a representative of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).

It is expected that the seminar, which is free-of-charge and is open to members and non-members of the RCN, will last approximately two hours. Refreshments will be served afterward.

Those wishing to attend do not need to register with Kennedy Nursing and registration facilities will be available on the night with a healthcare resource co-ordinator.
