Teenagers in court over street killing

Two teenagers are due to appear in court charged with the murder of a man in Henley.

Stephen Langford, 43, died after being attacked in the street in Henley in the early hours of Saturday morning.

James Diggins, 19, of Devon Drive, Caversham Park, Reading and a 17-year-old male youth are both due to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Tuesday charged with murder.

Mother Accused Of Killing Her Babies 'Too Ill' To Appear Before Court
34-year-old Felicia Boots, accused of killing her two babies, is too ill to appear in court. Boots is accused of murdering 10-week-old Mason and his 14-month-old sister Lily at their family home and was due to appear by videolink from Holloway prison on Tuesday morning to be formally remanded after first appearing before magistrates.

A man who stabbed a student to death on a train has been sentenced to life imprisonment. Thomas Lee Wood, 22, from Skelmersdale in Lancashire admitted killing first-year student Thomas Grant, 19, from Glouestershire who had been attending St Andrews University.

Men Face Court Over McAreavey Killing
Two men accused of the murder of Michaela McAreavey, 27, are expected to appear in court in Mauritius later today. Mrs McAreavey, the daughter of Tyrone Gaelic Football Manager Mickey Harte, was found strangled in her hotel room while on her honeymoon in Mauritius in January.

Man To Appear In Court Charged With Rape In Milton Keynes
A 27-year-old man is to appear in court today, 2 March, charged in connection with a rape in Eaglestone, Milton Keynes, last month. Cristinel Hutanasu, of Pemberton Drive in Bradford, Yorkshire, was arrested and charged with two counts of rape and one count of robbery.
