Funeral of NI celebrity chef
The funeral of Northern Ireland celebrity chef Robbie Millar took place in Co Antrim on Tuesday.
Mr Millar died after his Maserati car left the Ballysallagh Road in the Craigantlet Hills at about 2.50am on Saturday. No other vehicle was involved.
The 38-year-old owned the Michelin star Shanks Restaurant near Bangor and had also worked for fellow celebrity chef Paul Rankin at Roscoff’s in Belfast during the 1990s.
Tuesday’s service was conducted by the local minister, Reverend Gabrielle Farquhar before moving to Ballycarry New Cemetery where Mr Millar was laid to rest beside his brother who died 23 years ago.
He leaves behind his wife Shirley and three children Theo, Sacha and Tara Rose.

The PSNI have named a man who died following a road traffic collision outside Tandragee, as 84-year-old Sidney McIldoon. Mr McIldoon, who was from Portadown, died following a collision between his vehicle and a tractor on Tuesday afternoon, 13th February on the Cornascriebe Road, between Tandragee and Hamiltonsbawn.

25-Year-Old Charged With Murder Of Bobbie McKee
A 25-year-old man has been charged in connection with the murder of Bobbie McKee in Kilkeel. Mr McKee (69) died shortly after being found seriously injured at his home in the Newcastle Road area on Thursday 21 March. The man has also been charged with the attempted murder of Mr McKee's wife, who remains in a serious condition in hospital.

Strangford MLA Jim Shannon has branded the Agriculture Department's handling of the pork contamination crisis a "shambles". Mr Shannon, who runs a farm on the Ards Peninsula, described the authorities’ response as "inept" and a "disgrace". The DUP politician claimed farmers were being given inadequate advice that posed more questions than answers.
