Two businessmen men shot dead in car park of their hotel

Two Asian businessmen, a nephew and his uncle have been shot dead in a dispute over a car-parking space at their hotel.

Raginder Singh, 35, and Amarjit Singh, 52, were both shot in dead in broad daylight in the car park of the family-run Forest View Hotel in east London.

Witnesses said that when the pair asked some Asian men to remove their cars from the private car park at the hotel, a number of men vandalised a van belonging to the Singh family.

The Singhs were then shot dead when they attempted to prevent the men damaging the van.

Police have confirmed that they are seeking three Asian men in connection with the incident.

Getaway car used in da Vinci theft recovered
Police believe they have found the getaway car used by thieves who stole a Leonardo da Vinci masterpiece worth £25 million from a castle in Scotland yesterday. Four men made off with the painting yesterday afternoon after posing as visitors at Drumlanrig Castle in the Highlands.

Police Name Men Found Dead In Car
Two men who were found with fatal stab wounds in a car in east London at the weekend have been named by police. They were Aaron Carriere, 21, and 20-year-old Josiah Manful, and both men were from east London. The pair were found by officers in a vehicle just before 1am on Saturday morning on Montague Road, Leytonstone.
