Clinton Addresses UCD
Former US president Bill Clinton is to give a special address to students at University College Dublin tonight.
Mr Clinton, will be speaking to 200 invited students and guests and answering questions from the floor at the William Jefferson Clinton Auditorium.
The former president is on a two-day trip to Ireland and will also be visiting the Clinton Institute for American Studies, opened in 2003, and take part in a dedication ceremony. Mr Clinton is expected to focus closely on current international issues while also giving his views on Irish-American relations.
Professor Liam Kennedy, from the Clinton Institute, will introduce the former president and chair the Q&A session.
The Dublin leg of his visit follows Mr Clinton's meeting with Northern Ireland's First Minister Peter Robinson and Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness at the University of Ulster's Magee College in Derry.
A dinner is also being hosted by Business and Finance magazine at UCD's O'Reilly Hall with Mr Clinton as guest of honour.

SDLP Challenges PM To Back UN Call For Gaza Ceasefire
Colum Eastwood has challenged Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to ensure the UK backs the United Nations' call for a ceasefire in Gaza. During Prime Minister's Questions on Wednesday the SDLP Leader and MP asked the PM would the UK's representative vote in favour of the next UN resolution on a ceasefire. The UK abstained on the last UN vote.
