Investigation Launched After Body Found In Co Carlow
Gardaí in Co Carlow have launched an investigation following the discovery of a man's body at a house in Tullow on Tuesday monring.
It is understood that a second man was found in the house with serious injuries. He has been taken to St Luke's General Hospital.
Gardaí said at about 9am this morning they received a report of a "violent incident" at the house.
The scene has been preserved pending a forensic examination.

Three Die In Separate House Fires
Two men and a woman have died in three separate house fires in Limerick and Kerry. In the latest incident, a man in his 60s died following a house fire in Tralee in Co Kerry. The fire broke out in the terraced house in Connolly Park at about 9.30pm yesterday. Gardaí were called to the scene at around 9.

Co Carlow Death Changed To Murder Investigation
An investigation into the discovery of a man's body at a house in Tullow, Co Carlow has been upgraded to a murder inquiry. The body of 41-year-old Gints Intenbergs, a Latvian national, was found in a rented house on the Graigeowen estate at about 9am on Tuesday morning.

'Lower Than Normal' Temperatures Could See Snowfall Today - Met Éireann
Parts of Munster and Leinster could see snowfall today, Met Éireann has warned. The forecaster has said that rain is expected to turn to sleet and snow as temperatures fall to "lower than normal". A status yellow warning for rainfall has also been issued for counties Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Wicklow, Offaly and Tipperary.
