Thousands Without Wages After Banking Problem
Thousands of people have been left without wages following another "computer glitch" at the Bank of Ireland.
The bank has reassured people, who discovered this morning that there wages had not been paid into their accounts, that all monies would be in their accounts by this afternoon.
Customers with AIB, Ulster Bank and Permanent TSB are understood to have been affected by the problem, with money supposed to arrive in accounts with those banks from the Bank of Ireland.
The bank issued a statement saying that all payments have been processed and would be in people's accounts by the end of Thursday.
