Three People Injured In Racist Attack
Three people have been left injured after they were attacked by a gang earlier this week.
The incident, which happened at Lawnmount Street in east Belfast, is being treated as a race hate crime, police have said.
Between 9pm and 9.30pm, two men in their early 20s and a 19-year-old woman were attacked by a gang of around 15 people. The gang, which included a woman, were armed with golf clubs. They assaulted the victims, leaving them with bruises and cuts, while one of the men lost two teeth in the attack.
Police have appealed for information.

Renewed Appeal For Help Tracing Missing Woman Paula Elliott
The PSNI have issued a fresh appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of high-risk missing person Paula Elliott, who has now not been seen for three weeks. Paula, 52, was last seen on Tuesday 5th March on CCTV cameras leaving the Sprucefield Court area of Lisburn at 5.30pm, before making her way to Warren Gardens at around 5.36pm.

The PSNI in L'Derry arrested six people for disorderly behaviour following a protest at a retail premises in the Strand Road area. At approximately 2.20pm on Saturday 20th April, police received a report that a number of people had entered the shop to carry out a protest.
