Garda Appeal For Witnesses To Serious Assault In Temple Bar
Garda have appealed for witnesses to a serious assault on Cows Lane in Dublin on Thursday night.
A man in his mid 20s was assault in Temple Bar at about 20:45 last night. He was taken to St. James Hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
Three men were arrested at the scene and remain in custody under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at Pearse Street and Irishtown Garda Stations.
Investigating Gardai are appealing for any people who may have witnessed the incident or were in the vicinity of Cows Lane between 20:30 and 21:00. Garda added they believe some witnesses took images of the incident as it occurred, they are asked to contact Pearse Street Garda Station.
