Body Believed To Be Missing Dundalk Man

A body found in Dundalk is believed to that of Kenneth Fagan, who has been missing since Wednesday 6th August.

Gardaí say that a search team found the body in the Lennon Melia area of Dundalk town on Tuesday evening.

A postmortem will be carried out today at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Body Found In Co Donegal
Gardai have launched an investigation after a body was discovered in Bundoran, Co Donegal, this morning (25 April). The body, believed to be a man aged in his 60's or 70's, was found near the shore in the West End of the town. It is believed the body remains at the scene.

Woman's Body Found At House In Dundalk
A woman's body has been found in a house in Dundalk, Co Louth. The 34-year-old was found in a room at her house at around 3am in College Manor. Gardai are treating the death as suspicious. It is believed the mother of three suffered serious injuries and a post mortem is due to be carried out today.

Over 660 Motorists Found Speeding Over Easter Bank Holidays
More than 660 motorists were caught breaking the speed limit across the Causeway Coast and Glens during the Easter bank holiday weekend – an increase of 22% from 2022. Chief Inspector Sinead McIldowney said: "The Safety Camera Vans were deployed at various locations across the North Coast and the increase in these detections is a worrying trend.

Body Found In Burnt Out Car
An investigation has been launched following the discovery of a body in a burnt out car in Co Louth on Thursday evening. The body was found in the vehicle around 19.00 at Gyles Quay, near Lordship, and Garda in Dundalk are appealing for information and potential witnesses.
