Cannabis Plants Seized In Co Kildare
Cannabis plants with an estimate value of €164,00 has been seized by Garda in Co Kildare.
Garda uncovered a grow house in a search of a house in School Lane, Suncroft, The Curragh, at about 21:00 on Thursday night.
Two men, aged 27 and 29, were arrested at the scene and are being detained at Newbridge Garda Station.

A man is under arrest over the discovery of suspected cannabis worth an estimated €100,000 in Sligo. Gardaí uncovered the drugs, along with a sum of cash, during a search of a property in Ballymote on Thursday evening, 16 January. A male in his 30s was arrested and remains in custody at Ballymote Garda Station.

Three men have been arrested in connection with a major cannabis seizure in Dublin. Herbal cannabis worth an estimated €2m was discovered at an industrial unit in Clondalkin. The men, aged 32, 49 and 57, were arrested at the scene are being held at Clondalkin and Ballyfermot Garda Stations.

Two men have been arrested after Gardai seized an estimated €700,000 worth of cannabis plants in Virginia, Co Cavan. Detectives searched a warehouse in a planned operation this morning and found a major cultivation operation with an estimated 800 cannabis plants. The two males are being questioned in Bailieborough Garda station.
