New Dublin Distillery To Create 30 Jobs

A new whiskey distillery is to be opened in Dublin's Newmarket Square in The Liberties, creating 30 jobs.

The Teeling Whiskey Company announced plans for a €10m investment, which will see the first whiskey distillery to open in Dublin in 125 years.

It is understood that the new distillery will begin production by the end of the year and open a visitor centre in 2015.

In addition to 30 jobs to be created at the distillery, another 50 jobs will be created during construction.
