Man Dies In Stabbing Incident
A 30-year-old has died and a second man has been injured in a stabbing incident in Tullamore, Co Offaly, shortly after 7am this morning.
It is believed there had been an argument in a house in the area and a Polish man was killed.
The other man's injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Gardai are currently investigating the incident and the scene has been preserved.
No arrests have been made.

A man has been injured in a stabbing in Co Kerry. It is understood that the 35-year-old was stabbed during an incident in An Daingean. He was taken to Kerry General Hospital for treatment, but his injuries are not believed to be serious. Gardaí are investigating the incident.

Gardai Appeal For Witnesses After Stabbing Incident In Dublin
Gardai are investigating a stabbing incident in a bar in Dolphin's Barn, Dublin. A 22-year-old man was stabbed a number of times by another man at approximately 11.45pm last night. The attacker escaped from the scene. The victims injuries are not believed to be life threatening. Gardai are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Gardaí have issued an appeal for information following a stabbing incident in Co Limerick on Sunday night. An off-duty garda officer was stabbed in the hand in an incident at Bruach na Sionna, Castleconnell, shortly after 9pm. He was taken to University Hospital Limerick with what was described as minor injuries.

Gardai have launched an investigation following a suspicious fire at a house in Rhode, Co. Offaly on Monday. The incident occurred between 11.30pm on Sunday and 1.50am on Monday. A 24-year-old man sustained serious injuries and has been transferred to St James Hospital where his condition is described as critical.
