MAINTENANCE Either by Annual Maintenance Contract or Per Copy Contract
Annual Maintenance - Renewed annually to keep your machine in excellent working order. Includes Call Out Fees, Parts & Labour.
Per Copy - Charge Per Copy on an agreed price. This method typically includes all Consumables, Call Out Fees, Parts & Labour.
Call Out - We currently charge a Call Out Fee of £55+vat. This includes the first hour on-site. Any parts required will be quoted for, then fitted. |

1080 can supply and fit all of the following: concept design, storage audit, building surveys, full interior design and space-planning through to 2D and 3D virtual reality imaging. Any type of furniture including bespoke furniture design, receptions, boardrooms, interior contracting and fit-out works, incorporating partitioning, carpeting, storage systems, air conditioning and interior finish, interior and exterior signage including application of corporate branding, audio visual and conferencing facilities and “as-built” existing drawings for client files.
Project Management 1080 take full responsibility for project management and supervision of the office space planning, office design, office refurbishment works, furniture installation and office relocation.
1080 have in place proven systems and management procedures which include:

Regular communication with peripheral service providers, suppliers and consultants during the office design process. Upon completion of the office refurbishment construction work, final quality assurance inspections are made prior to hand over to our clients.
1080 CDM (Construction Design & Management) The projects 1080 undertake generally fall within the Construction Design & Management Regulations 2007. The aim of these CDM regulations is to integrate ‘Health & Safety’ into the management of the project and to encourage everyone involved to work together. 1080 are ideally placed to comply with these regulations as all parties are trained in house leading to excellent communication and co-operation, the key focus for effective Health & Safety.
1080 D&B (Design and Build) We offer ‘Design & Build’ because many clients were becoming disillusioned with the time consuming and confusing process of appointing and managing an interior designer and all the sub-contractors required to undertake the modern office fit-out.
Post Project Support 1080 maintain the high levels of client service during and after your office design project to establish a long term relationship. We'll never lose your records This may seem like an unusual promise - document storage companies don't usually lose boxes or files do they? Well we never have but that's due to the way we store your files.
PHS Records management operate a Static Document Storage policy whereas other providers use Random Storage. When your files are stored with us, that box is bar coded and given an allocated space on our shelves. No matter how long you keep that box with us, or take it out, you will always keep that particular storage space in that exact location. Other suppliers just store your box anywhere in their warehouse, so if you retrieve it, your box could go back into storage just about anywhere which is why boxes are often misplaced or lost. We don't just rely on bar codes - your space remains your space, we don't fill it with someone else's boxes just to maximise use of space on our shelves.
Safe and Secure Document Storage Right, so we've established that we are far less likely to ever lose any of your documents than other suppliers. But did you also know that most of other document storage companies still use water sprinklers within their archive storage areas? Water and files don't mix which is why we only use VESDA systems in our premises for archive storage. This is a very early warning smoke detection system which detects the smallest particules of smoke in the air. This prevents the use of sprinklers and really is a state of the art system for serious protection of your documents.
Easy access to your records The system we use to archive storage gives you control over how you name your files. We'll also give you a bar code for added security but this dual-naming approach gives you far greater flexibility when it comes to searching your internal files and boxes and could speed up retrieval of your files when you need them.
