We moved into our house in 2000 & installed a filter tap in order to have safe & pleasant drinking water. However there was no follow up from our supplier or guidance as to when the filter should be changed. I spoke to David in October 2014 and told him our filter had only been changed once in that period of time (probably because we had to find & fit it ourselves)! Within a week he was out and had my new filter installed with date and details about replacement every 3 years. An excellent and efficient service.
In May I had a Quooker installed by Glacier Water Systems. Again first class service was provided. Linking the water filter and Quooker means that both the cold water and boiling water from Quooker are filtered. I feel I now have the ultimate kitchen luxury! Instant boiling water means instant cuppas, and the convenience when cooking is fabulous! Just the right amount of boiling water every time with no waiting on kettles to boil/reboil, and no replacing of these due to their very short lifespan!! I'm a very satisfied customer!

We have had a water filter now for about ten years and would never consider being without one. The improvement in the quality of the drinking water has to be experienced to be believed and vegetables and beverages taste so much better. From a health point of view it is reassuring to know that many harmful pollutants such as chlorine are being removed from the water. Cartridges are replaced every three years and it takes about ten minutes or less for this process. If we had known about these earlier I would have installed a whole house filter. I can heartily recommend Glacier Water Filters.

I purchased the Glacier GW1 under sink filter in 2013 and it is unbelievable the difference it has made to my family. Prior to this purchase, there was an odour from the water and it really was not pleasant to drink. In essence, the children would not drink the water unless diluting juice was added. However, they now love drinking the water without any added juices.
Furthermore, there is no odour and in addition it has made such a difference to our tea, coffee and cooking. Buying the under sink filter was such a brilliant investment!!!

Our Glacier, whole house, Water Treatment System was installed July 2012 and we now could not be without it.
We purchased the unit because our house is situated at the end of a cast iron water main installed circa 1970 and we were fed up with getting water with sediment, and other detritus, in. Since installing our Glacier unit we find we drink much more water because our tap water is like fresh spring water.
We purchased a “whole House” unit because, with very limited under sink access, it was much easier and cheaper to install and maintain; it has had benefits that we never imagined and would recommend a “whole house” system to anyone. Our washing machine, particularly the soap dispenser, and dishwasher stay cleaner, our shower no longer suffers from periods of “rusty water”. Probably the best benefit of all – after installing Glacier, I cleaned out all of the sludge etc from my cold water storage tank in the loft and it has stayed clean – we now have drinking water from every cold tap in the house.
